1.Scoop the Matcha
Add 1-2 scoops of high-quality matcha powder into your matcha bowl. For a stronger flavor, use a full teaspoon.
2.Add Hot Water
Preheat your matcha bowl with warm water, then discard. Pour in about 2 ounces (60ml) of hot water at 175°F (80°C)—avoid boiling water to preserve the delicate flavor.
3.Whisk to Perfection
Using your bamboo whisk, whisk in a W or zigzag motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and a light frothy layer forms on top. This should take about 15-30 seconds.
4. Enjoy Your Matcha
Sip it straight for a bold, earthy taste, or add foamed milk for a creamy matcha latte. Breathe in, savor, and enjoy your moment of calm.
